The National Cadet Corps (NCC) unit at Government Brijindra College, Faridkot is building disciplined, responsible, and nation-loving youth through regular training, parade participation, camps, and leadership development.

The NCC unit at Government Brijindra College, Faridkot was officially started on 1st November 2023 under the supervision of Dr. Shiv Shakti Singh, serving as the Caretaker Officer. Since its inception, the unit has shown commendable progress in grooming disciplined, responsible, and nation-loving youth.

Currently, the college NCC unit is entering its third year of active participation and is preparing for fresh enrolment for the session 2026-27 under the aegis of 13 Punjab Battalion NCC, Ferozepur.

Regular Activities & Training

Weekly Training

Cadets are trained through 240 minutes of theory classes per week, covering NCC syllabus, drills, national integration, leadership, disaster management, and social service.

NCC Activity

Parade Participation

Cadets actively participate in the Republic Day (26th January) and Independence Day (15th August) parades at the college and district levels.

Cadets regularly attend Annual Training Camps (ATC), NIC, and other camps scheduled by 13 Punjab BN NCC, Ferozepur, promoting camaraderie and national unity.
